Abstract:   (69 Views)
It is very important to choose suitable methods for accurate measurement of density in different shrublands, which are different in terms of density and distribution pattern of plants, is of great importance, and Fritillaria imperialis is distributed in few parts of the world. Mahenshan protected area in Zanjan province is one of the natural habitats of the Fritillaria imperialis. This type of plant is among the poisonous plants of pastures and the chemical compounds present in it have important medicinal effects, so that the existence of alkaloid and glycosidic compounds has been reported for it. These chemical compounds are used to treat rheumatic pains, lymphatic system diseases and also as liver cleansers and are distributed in several situations in this region.
In this study, in order to plan and manage the environment for the protection of this rare endangered species and the conditions of the living environment of the Fritillaria imperialis, the distribution pattern index has been used. In order to determine the spatial distribution pattern of plant index species in the protected area of Mahenshan (Al-Arghan), a fixed-area sample plot method was used ) was considered with 1x1 quadrats with 37 points, and random and regular measurement and density were done by counting all the samples, and in this investigation, the distribution of the inverted tulip plant was studied, and with Taylor's index, Ivao And Morris was measured and calculations were made.
The values calculated for the distribution indices of the Fritillaria imperialis plant in the distribution pattern using the Taylor, Iwao and Morris methods showed a significant difference of five percent at the statistical level. According to the results and considering the absence of significant differences between the mentioned indices, all three indices of Taylor, Iwao and Morris can be used to check the diversity and distribution of the Fritillaria imperialis.
