There are several factors causes winter rangelands destruction wich has not been root investigated specially in socio-economic fields and their role in natural resources destruction are not determined. So, it's necessary to give attention to human and physical driving forces in natural resource planning and policy. The object of this study is determining the socio-economic factors associated with low-leveling summer rangelands of Joybar city. The statistical population consisted of 92 stakeholder from 6 custom units (Samane Orfi) Anarpa, Paeinrud, Chaftsar, Anarmarz, Futam sophla, Moshk-abad. Sample size by Cochran formula calculated 34 stakeholder. Questionnaire associated with interview related to the subject of research have been used for collecting data. Questionnaire validity and reliability were attained respectively by specialists’ views and Kronbach alpha coefficient (0.635). Totally 30 questionnaires were filled randomly by experts in province and responses were analyzed by SPSS software after extracting and grouping in Excell. Presented answers for each factor were expressed in variation coefficient way and they were prioritized according to it. Results showed that only economic index of "changing life style" among different socio-economic factors had significant effect. Also there were significant and positive relationship with this factor and low-leveling winter rangelands in 99 percentage and the vriables explains 86 percentage of the dependent vraible varience. Also, the results of regression analysis showed that the more effective factors on low-leveling winter rangelands were "common utilization effects", land use change", "competition in increasing number of livestock" and "poverty and revenues".
