fa بررسی نحوه سازگاری گونه‌های زیست‌بوم گچی در شمال شرق کشور (مطالعه موردی: استان خراسان رضوی) Study of Gypsum Ecosystems Species Adaptation in Northeastern Iran (Case study: Khorasan Razavi Province) تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research گیاهانی که در رویشگاه‌های سخت رویش دارند استراتژیهای اختصاصی برای مقابله با شرایط سخت محیطی دارند. رویشگاه‌های گچی با داشتن شرایط خاص پذیرای گونه‌های منحصربهفردی هستند. برای بررسی سازگاری گیاهان در رویشگاه‌های گچی در سال 1397، 5 گونه مهم رباط سفید شامل Hedysarum monophyllum Boriss، Krascheninnikovia ceratoides (L.) GueldenstT، Prunus spinosissima (Bunge) Franch، Sclerorhachis platyrachis (Boiss.) Podlech ex Rech.f و Thesium kotschyanum Boiss در استان خراسان رضوی به عنوان مهمترین سایت گچی شمال شرق کشور انتخاب شد. از هر گونه 5 پایه گیاهی انتخاب و صفات مورفولوژی شامل سطح برگ، طول برگ، وزن تر و خشک برگ، سطح ویژه برگ و محتوای ماده خشک برگ اندازه‌گیری شد. برای صفات شیمیایی پارامترهای آلومینیوم، کلسیم، منیزیم، آهن، مس، فسفر، سدیم، پتاسیم، منگنز، سولفور، کربن و نیتروژن اندازه‌گیری شد. از مدل GLMM برای بررسی عامل تاثیرگذار بر صفات برگ گیاهان و برای مقایسه بین میانگین‌ها از آزمون توکی HSD و برای تجزیه و تحلیل چند متغیره از PCA استفاده شد. کلیه محاسبات آماری با استفاده از نرمافزار  Rصورت گرفت. نتایج نشان داد تمام صفات شیمیایی برگ به جز سدیم اختلاف معنادار دارند. میزان S, Ca, K در گونه P. spinosissima  دارای کمترین مقدار (5/0±83/10، 2/1±91/1 و 3/0±06/3) نسبت به سایر گونه‌ها بود اما میزان C در آن دارای بیشترین مقدار (7/2±2/471) و دارای اختلاف معنادار با سایر گونه‌ها بود. میزان Mn, Mg ,Al, Fe در گونه K. ceratoides  بیشترین مقدار (12/0±39/1، 2/0±27/2، 4/0±23/7 و 02/0±22/0) و دارای تفاوت معنادار با سایر گونه‌ها بود. میزان Na تفاوت معنادار بین گونه‌ها نداشت. مقدار P و Cu در گونه T. kotschyanum  دارای بیشترین مقدار (39/0±61/1 و 003/0±02/0) نسبت به سایر گونه‌ها بود . بر اساس نتایج مشاهده شد که تمام صفات مورفولوژی برگ گیاهان بهجز ضخامت معنادار است. به‌طوریکه گونه K.ceratoides دارای بیشترین میزان وزن تر (01/0±09/0)، وزن خشک (003/0±05/0) و محتوای ماده خشک برگ (7/4±51/64)، گونه S.platyrachis طول (15/0±99/2) و سطح ویژه برگ (73/0±71/8)،گونه H.monophyllum سطح (18/0±39/2) و سطح ویژه برگ (91/0±38/6)، گونه P.spinosissima سطح ویژه برگ (1/12±81/80) و گونه T.kotschyanum وزن تر برگ (02/0±09/0) است. به‌طورکلی گیاهان گچدوست اجباری با ذخیره سولفور و کلسیم و گونه‌های گچ دوست اختیاری با ذخیره عناصر مغذی مانند فسفر، پتاسیم، کربن و نیتروژن در برگ‌های خود با شرایط سخت رویشگاه گچی مقابله می‌کنند. بر اساس نتایج حاصل از این تحقیق می‌توان برای احیا و حفاظت از چنین رویشگاهی از گونه‌های منحصربهفرد آن استفاده کرد.   Plants that grow in severe environments have special strategies for adapting to harsh conditions. Gypsum ecosystems host particular species with unique characteristics. To study the adaptations of plant in gypsum ecosystems, five critical species including Hedysarum monophyllum, Krascheninnikovia ceratoides, Prunus spinosissima, Sclerorhachis platyrachis and Thesium kotschyanum were selected in Khorasan Razavi province as the most important gypsum site in the northeast of the country, in May 2018. Five individuals were selected for each species and morphological traits were measured, including leaf area, leaf length, leaf dry weight, leaf fresh weight, specific leaf area (SLA), and leaf dry matter content (LDMC). Traits such as Al, Ca, Mg, Fe, P, Na, K, Mn, S, C, and N for each species were also measured. A Generalized Linear Mixed Model (GLMM) was used to assess significance and Tukey's Honestly Significant Difference (HSD) test was also applied for mean comparisons. Principal Component Analysis (PCA) was applied for multivariate analysis. All statistical analyses were performed using R software. Our findings demonstrated that most leaf chemical traits were significant, with the exception of Na. The amount of K, Ca, and S had the lowest values (10.83±0.5, 1.91±1.2 and 3.06±0.3) in P. spinosissima and significant differences. In contrast, the amount of C was the highest (471.2±2.7) with significant differences. Additionally, the levels of Mn, Al, Mg, and Fe were significantly higher in K. ceratoides (1.39±0.12, 2.27±0.2, 7.23±0.4, and 0.22±0.02).  The amount of Na had no significant differences among species. The amount of P and Cu was higher (1.61±0.39 and 0.02±0.003) in T. kotschyanum .In terms of morphological traits, all were significantly different except for leaf thickness.  The K. ceratoides had the highest fresh weight (0.09±0.01), dry weight (0.05±0.03) and leaf dry matter content (64.51±4.7), S. platyrachis had a higher leaf length (2.99±0.15), and H. monophyllum had a higher leaf area (2.39±0.18) and specific area (6.38±0.91) and T.kotschyanum had a highest fresh weight (0.009±0.02). Overall, gypsophytes with S and Ca accumulations and gypsovags with P, K, C, and N accumulations in leaves will be better suited to harsh gypsum conditions.
