fa بررسی الگوی پراکندگی گونه لاله واژگون (Fritillaria imperialis) در حال انقراض در منطقه ماهنشان استان زنجان Investigating the Distribution Pattern of Fritillaria imperialis in the Mahenshan Region of Zanjan Province تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research گزینش روش‌هایی مناسب برای اندازه‌گیری دقیق تراکم در بوته‌زارهای مختلف که از نظر میزان تراکم و الگوی پراکندگی گیاهان متفاوت است، دارای اهمیت زیادی است. گونه گیاهی لاله واژگون در ارتفاعات سردسیر کهکیلویه و بویراحمد، اشترانکوه لرستان، کوه&lrm;‌&zwj;‌های صمصامی چهار محال بختیاری و گلستان کوه در خوانسار و در منطقه الارقان ماهنشان در استان زنجان در سطح وسیع و قابل توجهی می‌روید. منطقه حفاظتشده ماهنشان در استان زنجان یکی از رویشگاه‌های طبیعی گونه لاله واژگون در ایران است. این تحقیق در بهار سال 1402 در راستای برنامهریزی و مدیریت محیط زیست برای حفاظت این گونه کمیاب و در حال انقراض و شرایط محیط زنده گونه لاله واژگون، از شاخص الگوی پراکندگی برای مطالعه حاضر استفاده شده است. به ‌منظور تعیین الگوی پراکندگی مکانی گونه‌های شاخص گیاهی در منطقه حفاظت شده ماهنشان (الارقان) از روش "قطعه نمونه" با مساحت ثابت استفاده شد که محدودهای با مساحت حدود 10.000 متر برای نمونه‌گیری انتخاب و نمونهگیری از دو ترانسکت (20 × 50 متر) با کوادراتهای 1×1 در نظر گرفته شد. هر مورد به‌صورت تصادفی و منظم اندازه‌گیری و تراکم با شمارش تمامی نمونهها انجام شد. در این پژوهش پراکندگی گیاه لاله واژگون مطالعه شد و  با شاخص های تیلور، ایوائو و موریس محاسبات انجام شد. مقادیر محاسبه شده برای شاخصهای پراکندگی گیاه لاله واژگون در الگوی پراکندگی با روش تیلور، ایوائو و موریس در سطح آماری پنج درصد اختلاف معنی‌داری را نشان داد. نتایج نشان داد در سطح ارتفاع 2000-1800 متر در ارزیابی الگوی پراکندگی، ضرایب روشهای کوادراتی تیلور b، ایوائو  β ، نسبت واریانس به میانگین ID، موریسیتا Iδ و k به ترتیب اعداد 27/1، 36/1، 37/1، 17/1، 91/14 و برای ارتفاع 2200-2000متر نیز به ترتیب اعداد 45/1، 48/1، 45/1، 25/1 و 48/21 محاسبه گردید که نشان‌دهنده‌ تجمعی بودن الگوی پراکندگی در هر دو سطح ارتفاعی است. اما مقایسه ضرایب کوادراتی در همه روشها نشان داد که با افزایش ارتفاع از سطح دریا از تجمعی بودن جمعیتها کاسته شده و الگوی پراکندگی لاله واژگون به تصادفی تمایل پیدا میکند. طبق نتایج حاصل و با توجه به عدم وجود اختلاف معنیدار بین شاخصهای ذکر شده، هر سه شاخص تیلور، ایوائو و موریس می‌تواند برای بررسی تنوع و پراکندگی لاله واژگون مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.   Selecting appropriate methods for accurately measuring density in shrublands with varying plant densities and distribution patterns is of great importance. Fritillaria imperialis grows extensively in the high-altitude regions of Kahkiloyeh and Boyer Ahmad, Ashtrankuh in Lorestan, the Samsami Mountains of Chahar Mahal Bakhtiari, Golestan Kuh in Khansar, and the Al-Arqan Mahenshan area in Zanjan Province. The Mahenshan Protected Area in Zanjan Province is one of the natural habitats of this rare and endangered species in Iran. In the spring of 2023, this study was conducted to plan and manage the conservation of Fritillaria imperialis and its habitat conditions, using distribution pattern indices. To determine the spatial distribution pattern of plant species in the Mahenshan Protected Area (Al-Arqan), a fixed-area "sampling plot" method was used. A sampling area of approximately 10,000 m² was selected, and sampling was conducted along two transects (20 × 50 m) with 1 × 1 m quadrats. Each case was measured randomly and systematically, and density was calculated by counting all samples. In this study, the distribution of Fritillaria imperialis was analyzed using Taylor, Iwao, and Morris indices. The calculated values for the distribution indices of Fritillaria imperialis using the Taylor, Iwao, and Morris methods showed significant differences at the 5% statistical level. The results indicated that at an elevation of 1800–2000 m, the coefficients for Taylor’s b, Iwao’s β, variance-to-mean ratio (ID), Morisita’s Iδ, and k were 1.27, 1.36, 1.37, 1.17, and 14.91, respectively. At an elevation of 2000–2200 m, these values were 1.45, 1.48, 1.45, 1.25, and 21.48, respectively, indicating an aggregated distribution pattern at both elevation levels. However, the comparison of quadratic coefficients across all methods showed that as elevation increased, population aggregation decreased, and the distribution pattern of Fritillaria imperialis tended toward randomness.
