fa بررسی عوامل محیطی مؤثر بر ترجیح رویشگاه گونه دارویی Stachys lavandulifolia Vahl (منطقه مورد مطالعه: مراتع الموت شرقی در استان قزوین) Investigation of the most Influential Environmental Factors Affecting Habitat Preference of Stachys lavandulifolia Vahl in Qazvin Province's Alamut Sharghi Rangelands تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research شناسایی عوامل بوم‌شناختی اثر گذار بر استقرار و پراکندگی گیاهان دارویی برای کشت و اهلی کردن آنها و کاهش فشار به منابع طبیعی اقدامی اصولی و ارزشمند است. این مطالعه با هدف بررسی مهمترین عوامل بومشناختی اثرگذار بر رویشگاه گونه Stachys lavandulifolia Vahl در مراتع الموت شرقی با مساحت 38/70608 هکتار واقع در استان قزوین انجام شد. برای این منظور از آنتروپی حداکثر در نرمافزار MaxEnt استفاده شد. در عملیات صحرایی نقاط حضور گونه ثبت شد. همچنین در رویشگاه این گونه نمونه خاک با روش تصادفی (100 نمونه خاک با پراکندگی مناسب در حوضه) برداشت و اندازه‌گیری متغیرهای خاکی در آزمایشگاه انجام شد. برای ساخت نقشه‌های متغیرهای خاکی از روش‌های زمینآمار (کریجینگ) استفاده شد. در نهایت نقشه 19 متغیر محیطی شامل متغیرهای خاکی، اقلیمی و فیزیوگرافی و همچنین موقعیت مکانی نقاط حضور گونه مورد بررسی وارد نرم افزار MaxEnt شدند. بر اساس یافته‌ها، میزان دقت نقشه مطلوبیت رویشگاه 95 درصد به دست آمد. همچنین متغیرهای منیزیم خاک (3/1-3 میلی‌مولار)، ماده آلی (تا حدود 5/4 درصد)، متوسط بارندگی سالانه (بیشتر از 400 میلی‌متر)، متوسط دمای سالانه (20 درجه سانتیگراد)، ارتفاع از سطح دریا (تا حدود 3100 متر)، به عنوان مهمترین عوامل محیطی مشارکت کننده در فرایند مدل‌سازی شناسایی شدند. رویشگاه مطلوب این گونه در منطقه در خاک‌هایی با بافت سنگین، هدایت الکتریکی حدود 150 میکروموس بر سانتیمتر و اسیدیته تقریباً خنثی (5/7) بوده است. همچنین، با توجه به نتایج منحنی‌های پاسخ افزایش پتاسیم خاک بر استقرار این گونه تأثیر مثبت و افزایش درصد شن و آهک خاک بر آن تأثیر منفی داشته است. بررسی نتایج نشان داد که وسعت مناطق مطلوب برای رویش گونه مورد مطالعه 67/5599 هکتار است که 93/7 درصد از کل منطقه مورد بررسی را شامل می‌شود.   Identifying the environmental factors that affect habitat preference of medicinal species is crucial for their cultivation and domestication, and reducing pressure on natural resources. This study aimed to investigate the most important environmental factors affecting the habitat suitability of Stachys lavandulifolia Vahl in the eastern Alamut Sharghi rangelands of Qazvin province. MaxEnt software was used to analyze species presence points recorded during field operations, as well as soil samples collected from the species habitats. Maps of soil variables were generated using geostatistical methods (Kriging), and 19 environmental variable maps, including soil, climatic, and physiographic data, were entered into the MaxEnt software. The results indicated that soil magnesium (0.3-1.3 mM), organic matter, average annual rainfall (more than 400 mm), average annual temperature, and altitude (up to about 3100 m) were the most influential environmental factors affecting the habitat suitability of this species. The optimal habitat of this species was found in soils with heavy texture, low electrical conductivity (limit of 150 μm/cm), and neutral acidity (pH 7.5) in this region. The results also revealed that increasing soil potassium has a positive effect, while increasing soil sand and lime has a negative effect on the establishment of this species. The study showed that the favorable area for the growth of the studied species covers 5599.67 hectares, which represents 7.93% of the total study area. The accuracy of the habitat suitability map was 95%.
