fa تعیین‌کننده‌های پایداری اجتماعی مدیریت مرتع در بین بهره‌برداران حوزه آبخیز چغاخور استان چهارمحال و بختیاری Determinants of social sustainability of rangeland management among watershed basin Choghakhor beneficiaries of Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari province تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research روابط و تعامل اصولی بین دامداران و مراتع، نقش مهمی در مدیریت پایدار مراتع دارد. اگر مراتع به درستی مدیریت شوند، زمینههای بهرهبرداری پایدار از آنها فراهم میشود. یکی از شاخصهای پایداری در مدیریت مراتع، بُعد اجتماعی است که عوامل مختلفی در آن دخیل میباشند. ازاینرو، پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسایی شاخصهای اجتماعی در مدیریت پایدار مراتع و روابط تأثیرگذاری هر یک از آنها بر پایداری اجتماعی مدیریت مراتع چغاخور استان چهارمحال و بختیاری انجام شد. جامعه آماری تحقیق شامل 103 دامدار ذیحق بوده که اطلاعات 83 نفر از آنها به عنوان حجم نمونه که بر اساس جدول کرجسی مورگان به دست آمده، جمعآوری شد. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات پرسشنامه محققساخت بود که بر اساس اطلاعات حاصل از مصاحبههای میدانی تدوین شد. پس از جمعبندی دادهها، تجزیه و تحلیل در دو بخش آمار توصیفی و استنباطی انجام گردید. نتایج حاصل از مدلیابی معادلات ساختاری نشان داد، پایداری اجتماعی در مدیریت مرتع به طور مثبت و معنیداری متأثر از هفت شاخص سطح دانش و آگاهی از دام و مرتع، سطح مهارت و توانایی در امور دام و مرتع، سطح مشارکت دامداران، سطح همبستگی و انسجام دامداران، سطح تعامل اجتماعی در دامداران و سطح رضایتمندی دامداران در سطح 99 درصد اطمینان و سطح مسئولیتپذیری و همیاری دامداران در سطح 95 درصد اطمینان، میباشند. اهمیت مسائل اجتماعی در مدیریت مراتع، میطلبد سیاستگذاریها و برنامههای کلان مدیریتی مراتع با رویکرد جامعمحور صورت گرفته و با تعریف دقیقی از شاخصهای اجتماعی در مدیریت مراتع با توجه به جایگاه دامداران میتوان بهرهبرداران را به توانمندی اجتماعی در حفاظت و بهرهبرداری اصولی در مراتع رساند.      Relationships and Principled interaction between ranchers and rangelands play an important role in the sustainable management of rangeland. If rangelands are properly managed, they will be used for sustainable exploitation. One of the indicators of sustainability in rangeland management is the social dimension which various factors are involved.
