fa مطالعه رقابت دو گونه مرتعی Bromus tomentellus و Poa pratensis به منظور حفاظت آن‌ها در اکوسیستم های مرتعی A study on the competitions between two rangeland species Bromus tomentellus, Poa pratensis by protecting rangeland ecosystems تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research روابط متقابل بین دو گیاه، استقرار و بقای آن‌ها را تحت تأثیر قرار میدهد؛ بنابراین آگاهی از چگونگی وقوع این روابط میتواند برای حفاظت گونههای مرتعی و برای پیشگویی روند تغییرات پوشش گیاهی و مدیریت اکوسیستمها در یک منطقه استفاده نمود. این تحقیق بهمنظور مطالعه پتانسیل رقابت بین دو گونه مرتعی Bromus tomentellus و Poa pratensis و بررسی تأثیر رقابت اندامهای هوایی و زمینی در قالب کار آزمایشگاهی و نمونهبرداری از مراتع سرعلیآباد استان گلستان انجام شد. این آزمایش بهصورت طرح کاملاً تصادفی با چهار تیمار (دو تیمار شاهد و دو تیمار رقابتی) در سال 1395 در محل گلخانه دانشگاه گنبد کاووس صورت گرفت. جهت کشت گیاهان و محیط رقابت از گلدانهای پلاستیکی به قطر و ارتفاع 22 سانتیمتر استفاده شد. گلدانها از خاک غنی پر شده و طبق الگوی مشخص، کشت با بذر صورت گرفت. آبیاری گلدانها هر روزه انجام شد. تنک کردن گونههای کشت‌شده جهت رسیدن به تراکم موردنظر صورت پذیرفت. بررسی وضعیت پوشش تاجی این دو گونه در عرصه مراتع سرعلیآباد گرگان انجام شد. نتایج نشان داد که وزن خشک اندام هوایی و ارتفاع گونه B. tomentellus در تیمار شاهد و تیمار رقابت اختلاف معنیداری از نظر آماری ندارد اما در وزن خشک اندام هوایی و ارتفاع گونه P. pratensis بین تیمار شاهد و تیمار رقابت اختلاف معنیداری از نظر آماری مشاهده شد. نتایج نشان داد که بین تیمار شاهد و تیمار رقابت عملکرد وزن خشک اندام زمینی و طول ریشه در هر دو گونه مورد مطالعه معنیدار است. نتایج بخش اندام هوایی در آزمایشگاه نشان داد که گونه B. tomentellus در رقابت با گونه P. pratensis مغلوب نشده است و توانسته است پاسخ جبران دهد اما میزان عملکرد گونه P. pratensis در رقابت با گونه B. tomentellus در داخل گلدان کاهش یافته است و پاسخ جبران مشاهده نشده است. نتایج حاصل از اندازهگیری پوشش گیاهی در منطقه حفاظتشده سرعلیآباد نشان داد که درصد پوشش تاجی گونه B. tomentellus دو برابر گونه P. pratensis میباشد که بیانگر برتری و غلبه گونه B. tomentellus به گونه P. pratensis میباشد و دادههای آزمایشگاهی تأیید میگردد. Plant establishment and survival are highly influenced by their interactions. Hence, knowing the possible relationship is needed for prtedicting ecosystem management and vegetation dynamics. The main obbjective of this study was to address the possible competition potentials between B. tomentellus and P. pratensis. Morever, the effect of competition between ground and shoot organs was evaluated in a laboratory work  and sampling was done in Sar Aliabad Rangelands in Golestan province. This experiment carried out in a completely randomized design with four treatments (two control and two competition treatment) in a greenhouse of Gonbade kavous university in 2015. Pots were filled with rich soil and the seeds were also planted by the characteristic pattern aimed at cultivation plants and competitive environment of the plastic pots with diameter and height of 22 cm. In doing so, the pots were irrigated every day.  Prune cultivated species were used to achieve the intended density. In order to evaluate the coverage of these two species in the mentioned pasture. The results showed that there existed no  significant difference in factors shoot dry weight and also height of B. tomentellus species between competition and control treatments. However, the shoot dry weight and height of p. pratensis species were significantly different between the competition and control treatment. The results also indicated that ground organ dry weight and root length between control and competition treatment were significant in the two species.  Morever, shoot organ in any B. tomentellus species in competition with p. pratensis species was not recessive. Ineed, it was able to give a compensatory response although the performance of p. pratensis species decreased in competition with B. tomentellus species and compensatory response was not observed.
