fa رج بندی پوشش گیاهی منطقه امن گلستانک (استان مازندران) بر اساس متغیر های ارتفاع و جهت شیب به روش آنالیز تطبیق متعارفی تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <p dir="RTL" style="margin-right:-.1pt;"><strong>این تحقیق به مطالعه پوشش گیاهی منطقه امن گلستانک می&shy;پردازد. گلستانک منطقه&shy;ای اکوتون با مساحت تقریبی 1800 هکتار است که در ناحیه&shy; بین دارمرز و کمربند کوهستانی-نیمه کوهستانی بخش مرکزی رشته کوه البرز (استان مازندران) واقع شده است. بر اساس طرح نمونه برداری سیستماتیک-تصادفی 5 خط ترانسکت با 60 قطعه قاب در راستای گرادیان ارتفاعی بکار گرفته شد و با استفاده از روش آنالیز تطبیق متعارفی </strong><span dir="LTR">(CCA)</span><strong> تاثیر تغییرات ارتفاعی و جهت شیب بر روی تنوع گیاهی منطقه مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که همبستگی منفی بین بردار متغیر ارتفاع و تنوع وجود دارد و با افزایش ارتفاع، شاخص تنوع شانون و سیمپسون قاب&shy;ها کاهش می&shy;یابد. شیب&shy;های شمالی نسبت به شیب&shy;های شرقی و جنوبی دارای بیشترین میزان تنوع و شیب&shy;های غربی کمترین میزان تنوع را به خود اختصاص دادند.</strong></p> <p><strong>This study is concerned with the vegetation investigation of Golestanak prohibited area, an ecotone with nearly 1800 ha area located between the timberline and subalpine-alpine zone in the central part of the Alborz Mountain Range (Mazandaran province). The effects of altitudinal gradient and aspect on plant diversity were evaluated by using CCA method (</strong><strong>Canonical correspondence analysis</strong><strong>) and a system of sixty sample plots were randomly used along five transects</strong><strong>. The results showed that there is a negative correlation between the altitude and biodiversity variants meaning an increase in altitude leads to a decrease in the Shannon and Simpson indexes of the plots.
