fa بررسی فلور، شکل زیستی، پراکنش جغرافیایی و تنوع در رویشگاه‌های Artemisia aucheri Boiss. و Artemisia melanolepis Boiss. منطقه جنوب‌شرقی سبلان Investigating flora, life form, geographical distribution, diversity and evenness of Artemisia aucheri Boiss. and Artemisia melanolepis Boiss. habitats in South Eastern of Sabalan تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research با توجه به اینکه دو گونه Artemisia melanolepis Boiss. و Artemisia aucheri Boiss. از گونه‌های شاخص بخش‌هایی از جنوب‌شرقی سبلان می‌باشند، و این مقاله بخشی از طرح کلی شناخت رویشگاه‌های درمنه در استان اردبیل می‌باشد، لذا بررسی و مقایسه فلور آنها انتخاب شد. هدف این پژوهش، بررسی فلور، شکل زیستی، پراکنش جغرافیایی، تنوع و یکنواختی گونه‌ای رویشگاه‌های A. aucheri و A. melanolepis در دامنه‌ی جنوب‌شرقی سبلان بوده است. گونه‌ها از دو رویشگاه جمع‌آوری و در مجموع 84 گونه شناسایی شدکه متعلق به 23 تیره و 61 جنس می‌باشند. تیره‌های Asteraceae،Fabaceae، Lamiaceae و Poaceae بزرگترین تیره‌ها، و جنس‌های Astragalus و Poa بزرگترین جنس‌های رویشگاههای مطالعاتی هستند. براساس سیستم طبقه‌بندی رانکایر، در مجموع به ترتیب 68 درصد همی‌کریپتوفیت، 15 درصد کامفیت،11 درصد تروفیت و 6 درصد ژئوفیت در رویشگاههای گونههای مورد مطالعه گسترش دارند و به تفکیک در رویشگاههای A. aucheri و A. melanolepis، شکل زیستی همی‌کریپتوفیت به‌ترتیب با 69 و 77 درصد گونه‌های همراه، دارای بیشترین فراوانی است. در عرصه‌های با حضور A.aucheri، گیاهان کامفیت 4/18 درصد گونه‌های همراه این گیاه را تشکیل داده و در مقام دوم قرار می‌گیرد. شکل زیستی دوم در بین گونه‌های همراه A. melanolepis متعلق به تروفیت‌ها با 5/13 درصد گونه‌های همراه است. پراکنش جغرافیایی گونه‌های گیاهی نشان‌ داد که ناحیه‌ی ایران- تورانی با 09/56 درصد بیشترین فراوانی را به خود اختصاص داده و در رویشگاه‌های A.aucheri و A.melanolepis گونه‌های با پراکنش جغرافیایی ایران- تورانی به‌ترتیب با 23 و 16 گونه، غلبه دارند. نتایج حاصل از آنالیز شاخصهای عددی تنوع (سیمپسون و شانون-واینر) و یکنواختی (سیمپسون و اسمیت-ویلسون) در رویشگاه‌های مورد مطالعه نشان داد که شاخص سیمپسون تفاوت معنی‌داری در گونه‌های همراه این دو گونه درمنه نداشته، اما شاخص تنوع شانون- واینر در ارتفاع و جهات جغرافیایی متفاوت، اختلاف معنی‌داری دارند. با استفاده از نتایج این تحقیق، علاوه بر تولید اطلاعات پایه و شناختی از رویشگاه‌های A.aucheri و A.melanolepis، همچنین می‌توان در رویشگاه‌های دو گونه‌ مورد مطالعه در امر اصلاح و احیا از گونه‌های شناسایی شده استفاده کرد. Artemisia melanolepis Boiss. and A. aucheri Boiss are two dominant species on southeastern of Sabalan. As a part of main project of identification of Artemisia habitats in Ardabil province, this study is to study the flora on their habitat selected. The aim of this study was to investigate the flora, life form, geographical distribution, diversity and evenness of accompanying species of A. melanolepis and A. aucheri in the southeastern of Sabalan. Species were collected from among two habitats and 84 identified species which belonged to 23 families and 61 genera. Asteraceae, Fabaceae, Lamiaceae and Poaceae families were the dominant ones. Astragalus and Poa were the dominant genera in the studied habitats. According to the Rankaier's system, the identified species in the study area included 68% hemicryptophytes, 11% therophytes, 15% chamaephytes and 6% geophytes, respectively. In the habitats of A. aucheri and A. melanolepis, hemicryptophytes with the highest frequency is the dominant one with 69% and 77% of accompanying species, respectively. In the habitats of A.aucheri, chamaephytes species with 18.4% is the second dominant life forms. The second life form of the accompanying species of A. melanolepis, with 13.5% is the therophytes. Geographical distribution of plant species in the study area indicates that the Iran-Turanian region with 56.09% has the highest frequency. In the habitats of A.aucheri and A. melanolepis, species with geographical distribution of Iran-Turanian region with 24 and 16 species are the dominant ones, respectively. Results of the numerical diversity indices (Simpson and Shannon-Wiener) and evenness (Simpson and Smith-Wilson) habitats shows that Simpson index have no significant differences in the accompanying species of two Artemisia species but the Shannon-Wiener diversity index in different elevation and aspects have a significant difference.
