fa تعیین موقعیت راهبردی مراتع قشلاقی استان گلستان و ارائه راهکارها تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research بهرهبرداری پایدار از مراتع مشروط به حفاظت است. باتوجه به اینگه سیستم های اجتماعی - اقتصادی و اکولوژیکی مراتع در حال تغییر است برنامه ریزی جهت بررسی وضعیت حال و تصمیم گیری برای شرایط موجود حائز اهمیت است. این پژوهش در نظر دارد به بررسی عوتمل بیرونی و درونی موثر بر بهره برداری از مراتع سه شهرستان گنبئد کاووس، آق قلا و گمیشان با استفاده از نگرش کنشگران مختلف شامل کارشناسان و  مدیران، مرتعداران و اعضای هیات علمی دانشگاه های علوم کشاورزی و منابع طبیعی گرگان و دانشگاه گنبد کاووس بپردازد بدین منظور از تحلیل swot برای تعیین موقعیت راهبردی مراتع قشلاقی استان گلستان و ارائه راهکارها استفاده شد.عوامل شناسایی شده از طریق تنظیم و تکمیل پرسشنامه به روش طیف لیکرت به ترتیب توسط کنشگران فوق الذکر اولویت بندی و مقایسه شد. نتایج به ترتیب 37، 41، 12 و 20 عامل قوت، ضعف، فرصت و تهدید را برای بهره برداران از مراتع سه شهرستان نشان داد. همچنین موقعیت راهبردی بهره برداری از مراتع دئر سه شهرستان تهاجمی شناسایی شد. در نهایت با مقایسه راهبردهای برنامه هفتم توسعه در بخش مدیریت مرتع با نتایج بدست آمده از مطالعه حاضر، تصویب منطقه آزاد اینچه برون، اختصاص اعتبارات دولتی جهت اجرای طرح ها و پروژه های توسعه مراتع در منطقه، توجه به ارزش اکوتوریسمی مراتع، توسعه کمی و کیفی طرح های مرتعداری تلفیقی و بهینه سازی و ایجاد صنایع داروئی جهت توسعه بهره برداری پایدار گیاهان داروئی مراتع بعنوان راهبردهای پیشنهادی برای مدیریت بهتر مراتع قشلاقی حوزه مورد مطالعه معرفی گردید. sustainable use of ranelands is conditional on conservation. given that the socio - economic and ecological systems of rangelands are changing, planning is important to review the cuuent siuation and make decisions for existing conditions. this research intends to investigate the internal factors affecting the exploitation of rangelands in the three cpunties of Gonbad-Kavoos , Aqqala and Gomishan using the perspectives of various actors, including experts and managers, rangers and Gonbad-Kaoos the universities of Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources of Gorgan and Gonbad-Kavoos University. for this purpose, SWOT analysis was used to determine the strategic position of the Qeshlaqi rangelands of Golestan province and provide solution. the factors identified thriugh the preparation and completinn of the questinnaire using the likert scale method were prioritized and compared by the aforementioned actors the results showed 37,41,12 and 20 factors of strength, weakness, apportunity and threat for the explotiation of the ranglands of the three counties respectively. the strategic location of pasture managment in three cities was also aggressively indetified . finally by comparing the strategies of the seventh development plan in the rangeland manaegment sector white the results obtained from the present study, approving the Inchebron free zone, allocating goverment funds to implement rangeland development plant and projects in the region, paying attention to the ecotourism value of ranelands, quantitative and qualitative development of integrated rangland managment plans and optimizationand establishing pharamaceutical industries to develop sustainable exploitation of rangland medicinal plants. it was inrtoduced as suggested stategies for better managment of the rural pastures of the study area. بهره برداری مراتع, راهبرد, مدیریت, SWOT , دامداران Rangeland exploitation, strategy, management, SWOT, livestock farmers 103 124 http://pec.gonbad.ac.ir/browse.php?a_code=A-10-891-1&slc_lang=fa&sid=1 elina ebrahimi الینا ابراهیمی emilystar82@yahoo.com 2110047232 100319475328460011631 Yes Mojgan Sadat Azimi مژگان سادات عظیمی azimi.mojgansadat@gmail.com 100319475328460011632 100319475328460011632 No Hossein Barani حسین بارانی baranihossein@yahoo.com 100319475328460011633 100319475328460011633 No Abolfazl Sharifian ابوالفضل شریفیان abolfazlsharifiann@gmail.com 100319475328460011634 100319475328460011634 No
